The hotel is in a great location near everything! Breakfast was also good. The room had good facilities. I appreciated the early check-in. I also found the hotel restaurants comfortable.
I had to carry my heavy suitcase up a lot of steps. Assistance was not provided for this. This strained my back. I don't think this place is ideal for people who need to take a lift.

luxurious amenities welcome treats really good friendliness
The staff demonstrated really good friendliness. They were very attentive. The hotel room offered luxurious amenities and overlooked the lovely greenery outside. We especially enjoyed the welcome treats that were left. The gesture felt quite personal.
I experienced some difficulty with the room's temperature. It remained cold , despite my attempts to adjust it

friendly receptionist nespresso machine fantastic location welcome feeling
rob at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! i felt very welcome. the room was lovely and i was happy to find a nespresso machine. the location is quite fantastic and i enjoyed my stay overall.
The plumbing made some noise, though the staff apologized. It did disturb my rest a little.
